The Great Pumpkin!

For Halloween this year I was the Great Pumpkin. Really this was torture for me, but mommy and daddy really seemed to think this was funny. We went to my babysitters house (she made the costume, pretty good huh?) and her son was a little devil. Doesn't he look just as excited as me to be in his costume?

My secret hide out

Mommy made me a little hide out and daddy tried to fit inside with me. Sorry daddy, this is only kid size. We sure do look cute though.

Day with some fam!

Last week my aunty Martha, Uncle Mike, and Cousin Charlie came by when they were in the cities. Charlie was trying out his Halloween coustume, then I thought I better share some of my food with the little lion so I tried to feed him. We had a fun time even though I was a little crabby, all for good reason though. I got my first molar!!! Now mommy and daddy know why I was so crabby!

Bluegrass and Booya

Mommy and daddy took me to a Bluegrass and Booya festival down the road. We listened to some good Bluegrass music(I listened but stayed really close to mommy, men standing around with beards scare me!), but skipped the Booya. Best of all I took my fist hayride! Way cooler than the stroller! They even had a fake cow that people were milking. Daddy was too scared to milk it (even thought it was fake). I would have, but mommy said I have to wait until I am a little older to milk my first cow.

One year!

Can you believe I am already one! I had my big party with lots of speacial people last Saturday. I had sooo much fun and can't wait for my next birthday. Here are some pictures of the big day!

My big entrance, yup I can walk now with no help at all!
Here are all of my grandparents that were at the party. I have lots and three weren't even there. They are all super special to me!

Here is my aunty Kara (also my godmother) and our good friend Kara O. who mommy has been friends with since first grade.

We had my favorite meal, if you look at my face you might be able to see that it is spaghetti. Also, ICE CREAM CAKE! I think mommy and Great Grandpa Klawiter were more excited that I was for the ice cream cake. It was Grandma Ruth's birthday the same day as my party. Grandma got me a Birthday Princess hat so naturally I thought she needed the Birthday Queen tiara. I think we were the best looking Birthday girls around! Thanks for sharing your birthday with me grandma!

Here are my Great Aunts Gracia and Gail (holding me), Great Uncle John, and cousins Rebekah, Elisa, and Abby. They are so much fun and taught me how to play with some of my new toys!

The day after my birthday party we went to Grandpa and Grandma's in Owatonna to see my Great Grandpa and Grandma K from California! We had so much fun and I can't wait to see them again!

Little game for you

Am I...
A. saying a little prayer before lunch
B. Smelling my armpit
C. Hiding from my beets
D. Sleeping in my chair

If you picked D you were 100 percent right! I had already said my prayer before lunch, my armpits don't smell, I'm a baby, and I love love love beets. So sleeping it was. Mom put a video of it on youtube as well. How embarrassing! I was tired mom! After the pictures she changed my diaper and dirty outfit and finally let me sleep in peace. Hope you enjoyed the game.

Great-GREAT Aunt and Uncle Klawiter

On Labor Day I got to spend time with my double great Uncle Jim and Aunt Arlene. We had so much fun and they were there for all the big news! I can't wait to see them again!

Ta-daaaaa!!

A few nights ago I decided to really shock my parents. Daddy was sitting on a bench eating a snack and I really wanted some of it. So I walked right over and tried to grab it. You should have seen how amazed they were. Now all they want me to do is take more steps. So the next night I showed my Aunty Kara how I did it. No video yet becuase mommy has to stay close in case I fall, but here are some pics. Two upright and one of me on my way down. Look out mommy and daddy!

Twins game!

Mommy and Daddy took me to my first Twin's game. I was a little scared when everybody started cheering but I soon started to cheer along. I had fun with Aunty Kara and Uncle Scott. Also, Great Aunt Gracia and Uncle Bill, and their whole fam. What a fun day. We even got to go on the field after the game to run the bases. I was a little tired so I took a nap instead. Mommy was really looking forward to running the bases with me so I will have to stay awake next year.

First Fair!

I finally went to my first fair! Grandpa and Grandma Klawiter brought us to the Owatonna fair. I didn't get to enjoy the fair food like mommy, daddy, gramp, and gram, but grandma had some good food for me at her house. I saw a Kangaroo, sloth, cows, pigs, and a bunch of other animals. My favorite was by far the llama. We also had a get together with the Ronning's where I got to see all of my cousins!

Next

Next I flew with Grandpa K (he made me fly), did some finger/body painting, built a tower with grandpa K, and went to the Mall of America to meet my Great Aunt Sandy, Grandma H, and Aunty Kara for lunch.

Lots of Stuff!

We have been doing so much these last few weeks that mom is a bit behind on the pics. Here are a bunch from what we have been doing the whole month of Aug. First it was to Hoffman where we had a family get together with some Chicago relatives. Then I saw my friend Layla and her mom Stacy, we are both trying to eat the crib in that picture. Next we went to Clarkfield to see my cousin Charlie and give him his birthday present a bit early. What a weekend! I also got so special time with Grandpa and Grandma Hanson before they start school again.

Grandpa chair from Grandpa K.

Today grandpa brought me a very special gift. Grandpa chairs that he made for daddy when he was little. Now it is my turn to play with them. As you can see I already had a blast! Thanks grandpa! Love ya =)

Fun with with Gramp and Gram K!

Today I got to spend all afternoon with Grandpa and Grandma Klawiter. I had so much fun showing them my toys and all of my tricks. Then I got sooo sleepy so grandma read me a few bedtime stories and gave me a bottle right before I went to sleep. I love my grandparents sooo much and can't wait to see them again.
