Bluegrass and Booya

Mommy and daddy took me to a Bluegrass and Booya festival down the road. We listened to some good Bluegrass music(I listened but stayed really close to mommy, men standing around with beards scare me!), but skipped the Booya. Best of all I took my fist hayride! Way cooler than the stroller! They even had a fake cow that people were milking. Daddy was too scared to milk it (even thought it was fake). I would have, but mommy said I have to wait until I am a little older to milk my first cow.

One year!

Can you believe I am already one! I had my big party with lots of speacial people last Saturday. I had sooo much fun and can't wait for my next birthday. Here are some pictures of the big day!

My big entrance, yup I can walk now with no help at all!
Here are all of my grandparents that were at the party. I have lots and three weren't even there. They are all super special to me!

Here is my aunty Kara (also my godmother) and our good friend Kara O. who mommy has been friends with since first grade.

We had my favorite meal, if you look at my face you might be able to see that it is spaghetti. Also, ICE CREAM CAKE! I think mommy and Great Grandpa Klawiter were more excited that I was for the ice cream cake. It was Grandma Ruth's birthday the same day as my party. Grandma got me a Birthday Princess hat so naturally I thought she needed the Birthday Queen tiara. I think we were the best looking Birthday girls around! Thanks for sharing your birthday with me grandma!

Here are my Great Aunts Gracia and Gail (holding me), Great Uncle John, and cousins Rebekah, Elisa, and Abby. They are so much fun and taught me how to play with some of my new toys!

The day after my birthday party we went to Grandpa and Grandma's in Owatonna to see my Great Grandpa and Grandma K from California! We had so much fun and I can't wait to see them again!
